UnitySync server system requirements

Most installations utilize a single license key per each installation (based on serial number). This is the most widely used and widely supported. The system requirements are outlined as follows:

 

Operating System


Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 (64 or 32 bit)

 

Web Server / browser

UnitySync must either be installed on a web server (i.e. IIS) or used with the included microweb web server utility.


You will access the UnitySync user interface via web browser. Please use Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 6 or Chrome 6 or newer. 

 

General System Requirements:


Hard Disk Space

Minimum: 500Mb
Recomended: >1Gb
 
Drive space utilization varies depending on the number of objects synced, and whether low or high level logging is consistently used (high level logs are much larger than low level logs). Use log file management to control log files.


Memory Usage

Minimum:            Minimum recommended OS memory recommendation
Recomended:     Minimum practical OS memory recommendation
 

CPU

Minimum: 2Ghz Processor
Recomended: Dual or Quad processors


Network

TCP/IP Connection
Acess thorugh firewalls to ldap ports (389, 3268, ssl 636 3269)
Optionally, VPN may be used.
SMTP server (optional)
