No, UnitySync only synchronizes contact information (e-mail, telephone number etc). Each directory server encrypts their password field thus making it unreadable by our software and impossible to sync.
When using a UnitySync connection to sync/create new User accounts, you can use a custom mapping to set an initial password (unicodepwd).
