GroupWise Connect Fail or OLE Failure

Either error means that the Groupwise API could not initialize. Unfortunately the API doesn’t return a more detailed error. Usually it’s one of the following:

  • Not logged into the Novell Client (or bad install)
  • No Mapped Drive
  • Invalid Mapped drive (permissions or wrong location)
  • Missing Groupwise client (or bad install)

Please ask for your Groupwise Administrator’s assistance in troubleshooting this error.
