502 - Web server received an invalid response

This article pertains to both UnitySync and Directify.

Multi Factor Authentication and APPS passwords are not supported. The following error will occur:

502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway for proxy server. There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

This pertains to the login ID specified on the Directify config LDAP tab or the UnitySync connection’s Source/Destination tabs.
