base64 encode a Source Attribute in UnitySync

This is a new feature in v4.1 that allows you to easily base64 encode a source attribute. This utilizes a specially formatted mapping (not javascript).

Using this feature you can sync a binary cert into a database in base64 format.

The syntax is:

Destattrib=^SourceAttrib#b64^

For example:

cert=^usercertificate#b64^

Please test with a single object to verify your results.
