UnitySync User Interface (UI) landing page loads, but connection will not load

UnitySync landing page displays successfully but, when you select a connection, the Connection Loading popup appears and hangs.

This occurs if the connection selected contains certain characters in the Raw Config, as the first character in a line. These characters include (but are not limited to) dash, comma, and plus.

A valid parameter in the Raw Config will always begin with a letter.

It might be important to confirm where the invalid character/line came from. So before you modify the Raw Config, please contact our support team for assistance and reference this article.
