Tags: Errors Troubleshooting UnitySync

The UnitySync Launch Page shows a list of Configured Directories at the bottom of the page. This is a read-only compiled list of all IPs in use in all of your connections.

At run time, the software automatically validates how many IPs you are using against what you are licensed for. If your Configured Directories exceed the IP count you are licensed for, your sync will end with a License Key error.

To fix this problem, you must edit or delete connections so that your Configured Directories count does not exceed your Licensed Directory count. If an IP of a Source or Destination changes, you must be sure to change the IP in all affected connections so that the unused IP is not counted against your licensing.

If you need access to an additional IP for a limited time, contact Support to request a temporary key.

If you need to license additional IPs for extended testing or ongoing Syncs, please contact our Sales team for a quote.
