Using browser developer mode F12 to troubleshoot

Using F12 developer mode aids in determining the cause of some UI anomalies.

  • Start Directify User UI (or Unitysync UI)
  • Press F12 (in the browser)
    This opens the debug box
  • Click the option to view ‘Console’
  • Leave the debug box open.
  • Login to Directify as usual (Edit your connection as usual).
  • Perform the action to be tested.
  • Does the problem reproduce?
  • Does the debug window show anything? If so, send a screen shot.
