One-Click Support |
| One Click support is provided using UltraVNC SC. This support tool is used on a per-call basis with support. dirwiz-vnc.exe is a runtime version of VNC host. It does not require installation, just run the program it will automatically connect to us for a remote session. Make sure that TCP port 5500 is enabled for outbound connections, this is usually the default in most environments. |
