If your Profiler url is Profiler.CompanyName.com, your end users need to go to page: :http://Profiler.CompanyName.com/profiler.cgi
You may not want your end users to be required to specify profiler.cgi, prefering instead: :http://Profiler.CompanyName.com
In this case, you may simply make profiler.cgi the Default Content Page.
To do this :
#In your IIS manager, right click your Profiler Virtual Directory and select Properties.
#Go to the Documents tab. 'Enable default page' should already be checked.
#Click ADD, enter Profiler.cgi and click OK.
#Then, MOVE UP Profiler.cgi to the top. Click Apply and/or OK.
Now when you go to http://Profiler.CompanyName.com you should see the standard Profiler User login page.
