Can the Security questions for password reset be customized?

Yes. You can customize the templates. It’s easy.

When making changes to the templates, it is advisable to make a Custom Template directory. This is because any changes to the \default directory will be over written when the software is reinstalled or upgraded. By making changes in a custom directory, these changes will be unaffected during an upgrade.

If you have not already done so, assign a custom template directory now.

Then, make the below recommended changes to the following related files in \CustomName.

::pwrecovery.tmpl\ forgotpw.tmpl

:PWrecovery configures the screen as it will appear to users to SET their Security answers. :Forgotpw configures the screen as it will appear to users in the Forgot Password function, to reset their password.

:Open each file in an editor (i.e. WordPad). You should recognize the individual sections that make up each individual Question. You may change the question, change the attribute, add sections (questions) or remove them.
