Most attributes you will want to add to any Directify form will be part of the schema and can be selected in the Form Editor. There should be no problem with these values displaying when the end user views the form.

In rare instances, a custom attribute may be added directly to the corresponding form file. If the label appears in the form, but no value is shown, it is likely a case issue. In the forms, the ‘attrib’ mapping is case sensitive. It must be in lowercase. Be sure attrib=attributename is lowercase. Then refresh the end user form.
