Install error: A referral was returned from the server.

During the installation of software, a referral was returned from the server.

1) Edit Local Policy as follows:

In Local Group Policy Editor, go to Computer Configuration
—–>Windows Settings
——->Security Settings
———–>Local Policies
————–>Security Options
—————–>User Account Control:

DISABLE setting “Only elevate executables that are signed and validated”.
Save.

2) Restart Computer
