Directify User login - Non Matching Serial Number

You may experience an error when logging into Directify user User Interface (UI) with non-domain admins, while domain admins are able to log into Directify.

This problem has been resolved as of v6.3.3.

Please upgrade to the latest version of Directify.
During the upgrade, you will install Directify to a new directory (not over your existing install directory) and copy over the relevant files.

Download the most current version of Directify.

If you need a temp key for testing during your upgrade, please email keys@dirwiz.com to request a temp key.

Once your upgrade is complete, email keys@dirwiz.com to request a permanent key. Please provide the Serial Number of your existing install as well as the Serial Number of your new install. A replacement key will be delivered.
