This error often indicates the previously logged in Directify session has timed out. This is the default error message. You may see a more detailed error message (i.e. Token Expired) if you set the Error Pages to display detailed error messages.

The Directify install instructions - for Internet Information Services (IIS) setup - recommend setting ‘Error Pages’ to display “Detailed Errors”. You may set this on the Default Web Site level, or the Directify Virtual Directory level.

Refer to the appropriate IIS version section in the Web Server Configuration document for more details. https://www.dirwiz.com/unitysync/doc/
