Your current sync connections may need to be modified following your Exchange Migraion. Review the following details and contact support for further assitance.
How is your connection presently configured? Is this a typical Create connection, or is this a Create/Join connection?
How are previously synced contacts being handled during the migration? Are synced contacts being migrated? If the synced contacts are moved or renamed from the original sync name/location, a sync following migration may create duplicates.
To avoid duplicates, consider implementing a Create/Join in order to link to existing destination contacts. Or, you may be starting with a blank slate, no contacts in the new Exchange forest. In this case, simply rebuild a new connection to sync to the new destination and sync from scratch.
