Requesting a Permanent License Key (v4)

This article pertains to license requests for Simplesync v4. If you are running simpleSync v5, refer to the v5 licensing article. Refer to How is SimpleSync licensed for more details. To request a change to an existing v4 license key, send the following information to Support@dirwiz.com: 1) Serial Number of your Simplesync installation (if this has changed, indicate the old and new numbers) 2) IP addresses you want to include in your license.
