As of v4.8 you may select a source Map Template of ActiveDirList. You will see it defaults to the only available Dest Map Template of ActiveDir-Address List.
The GUI still needs to be updated to remove irrelevant options for this connection type, therefor not all the parameters are valid (like Selection DN, query filter, Join, Modify Attributes etc.) Just leave these parameters blank.
On the Source tab, enter an IP/login/password.
On the Source tab, do NOT specify a Selection DN or a Query Filter.
The sync will pull ALL Address Lists from the source default Address List structure.
On the Destination tab, enter an IP/login/password.
On the Destinationt tab, you must enter a value in StructName (it can be anything, i.e. BOGUS) because SOME value is required by the code, even though in the case of ADList template, this value is actually ignored.
At Sync time, the Address List objects are created in the destination default location:
i.e. cn=all address lists,cn=address list container,cn=first organization,
cn=microsoft exchange,cn=services,CN=Configuration,dc=domain,dc=com
