In Users & Computers, on the E-mail Address tab, there is a check box that reads:
Automatically update email addresses based on Recipient Policy.

By default, UnitySync does not set this attribute. Generally, your Ex2000 policies are set to enable this option on all newly created objects, including those objects created by UnitySync.

If for some reason synced objects are not getting this setting enabled automatically, or if synced objects have been manually modified to disable this option, you may use custom mapping to force the setting to enabled for all synced objects.

First follow the instructions for creating a custom map file.

In UnitySync v5 add the following lines to your custom  map file:
msExchPoliciesExcluded=
msExchPoliciesIncluded=\{95D14D2E-CA7F-4854-8725-5DFC01C5C854\},\{26491CFC-9E50-4857-861B-0CB8DF22B5D7\}

Next time you run your sync, all objects will be modified. All synced objects should then have the option enabled.
