In Users & Computers, on the E-mail Address tab, there is a check box that reads: Automatically update email addresses based on Recipient Policy.

By default, UnitySync does not set this attribute. Generally, your Ex20xx policies are set to enable this option whenever a new object is created, including those objects created by UnitySync.

If for some reason you do not want synced objects to have this setting enabled, you may use custom mapping to disable the setting.

First follow the instructions for creating a custom map file.

In UnitySync v4.x or v5.x, add the following line to your custom map file:

msExchPoliciesExcluded=\{26491CFC-9E50-4857-861B-0CB8DF22B5D7\}

Next time you run your sync, all objects will be modified. All synced objects should then have the option disabled.
