This solution applies to connections syncing to an Ex200x destination, creating User accounts.
(If you already have accounts created by UnitySync you can assign them manually or contact support@dirwiz.com for further assistance.)
In the UnitySync UI, you must run a Simulation of your new connection, then open the Sim log and locatethese values logged under: MTA, MDB, Exchange Org Name.
This is how it may apear in the log:
Destination Configuration Discovery : 10/18/2011 12:43:11 PM
Exchange Org Name | 2k10 Organization
MTA | CN=Microsoft MTA,CN=WIN-41O5ND975TN,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=2k10 Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=2k10,DC=test
MDB | CN=Mailbox Database 0646043688,CN=Databases,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=2k10 Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=2k10,DC=test
These values must be entered into your custom object map file as follows:
msExchHomeServerName=2k10 Organization
homeMTA=CN=Microsoft MTA,CN=WIN-41O5ND975TN,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=2k10 Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=2k10,DC=test
homeMDB=CN=Mailbox Database 0646043688,CN=Databases,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=2k10 Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=2k10,DC=test
In the map file, be sure each long line is copied without spaces or returns... each should appear on one long line.
Follow these instruction on creating a custom map file.
