On April 1, 2008, Directory Wizards acquired the rights to SimpleSync from CPS Systems.
Directory Wizards Inc. did not acquire the company, only the software rights.
On March 1, 2010 it came to our attention that the cps-systems.com domain was about to expire. Because there are still older, active versions of SimpleSync that reference this domain, we thought it would be in our customers' best interests to obtain the domain to avoid confusion. On April 27, 2011 we obtained the expired domain at auction which now points to this page.
If you are currently using SimpleSync, your software may have reached it's end of life. If you wish to upgrade to UnitySync®, please contact our sales department for a maintenance renewal quote.
