Townsend, DE March 31, 2008 -- Directory Wizards Inc. today announced it has acquired SimpleSync, a proven enterprise solution for directory synchronization. Directory Wizards Inc. will add SimpleSync to it's existing product line that focuses on directory based solutions and tools. With this acquisition, all of the support staff and developers will be transitioned from CPS Systems Inc. to Directory Wizards Inc. with a final cut over May 1, 2008. Updates and notifications will be posted to both www.cps-systems.com and www.dirwiz.com. Users of SimpleSync will not see any change in product support or service during this change.
